Return Policy

Most unused and unmarked items in new condition returned within 30 days will receive a refund, an exchange or credit with a 15% restocking fee.  Items that are damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.  

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method approximately 10 business days after processing the returned item. Replacements for damaged and defective items are available for the exact same item within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are not available for digital downloads.


Shipping Policy

Once your order has been placed, please allow up to two business days for processing before your items are shipped. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible, but please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can keep an eye on its progress. Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
