President

Stuart & MaryAnn’s passion is to help people experience the Father’s love, challenge you in your pursuit of freedom, healing and wholeness, and inspire you in fulfilling your God given destiny.

They have served CSI in various capacities from Nor Cal/Nev Regional Reps then MaryAnn as National Intercessor Coordinator, Strategic Development Director, VP of Operations and now President. Prior to there many areas of serving with CSI, MaryAnn developed turnaround strategies for small businesses that were experiencing financial difficulties.

Today, Stuart & MaryAnn still partner with other ministries and the marketplace to create an atmosphere full of the presence of God, power with miracles, and prosperity for Kingdom advancement. Together they started CS Seminar in their local church 20 years ago birthing many other Seminars in their region that became the fastest growing Retreat location. At the local level, Stuart served faithfully on the church board. Mary Ann served on staff as the Spiritual Formations Director overseeing the way new believers were connecting and maturing in Christ – from unbeliever, believer, water baptism, filled with the Holy Spirit and serving the body. Stuart and MaryAnn demonstrate a dynamic husband and wife ministry disciplining, training and releasing others especially activating churches and individuals in Intercession, Altar Ministry and Discipleship.

Stuart just retired from his 30+ year career as a Chief Building Engineer. MaryAnn is licensed with the Assemblies of God. They’re associated with Christian Harvest Intl., ISDM, and Kingdom Harvest Alliance through GZI. Stuart and MaryAnn have been married for over 35 years, have 3 adult children, a daughter-in-love, 1 grandchild and reside in Northern California.

Rev. Leona Njoku-Obi
Catalyst-Executive Pastor

Leona’s heart is to see people reconciled to the Lord and having a dynamic relationship with Him by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Leona has been working for twenty years with her husband Joseph in marriage ministry and developing the mindset of integrity within the body of Christ.  She has served as a prayer minister and administrator to the Spiritual Formations Director & Pastoral Care Pastor at her local church.  She has been serving Cleansing Stream for twelve years in various capacities including as an Intercessor, Anointer and Presenter.

She received her ministerial certificate from School of Urban Missions and holds her pastoral license from Charis Bible College.

She resides in California with her amazing husband, has two creative and spirited adult children and one grandchild.

Ada Urias
Admin Assistant

Ada began her journey with Cleansing Stream in 2015 as a Customer Relations Specialist. She managed orders, connected with churches, and offered prayer and support to those who called in, embracing each interaction as an opportunity to minister. As Ada would often say, "This is my ministry." When the ministry relocated in 2019, Ada chose to remain in Southern California but continued to faithfully serve at retreats.

To deepen her understanding of her calling, Ada pursued theological studies at Life Christian University. She also served as a prayer leader at her church, guiding her team through Cleansing Stream University and empowering them in healing and deliverance—a calling she feels is divinely placed on her life.

Five years later, an opportunity arose to rejoin Cleansing Stream as the Administrative Assistant to the President. Ada answered the call, moving from Southern California to Northern California to serve in this new role. She is deeply grateful to be back with Cleansing Stream and excited for the chance to serve in this capacity in this season.

Rev. Gloria Tremaine
Director of Spanish Ministries

Gloria is passionate about seeing people receive healing and deliverance. She rejoices when others walk in God’s freedom while pursuing their destiny in Christ.

For seventeen years, Gloria has served as a Spanish Seminar leader as well as an Intercessor, Anointer and has helped set up the on-sight Translator at retreats.  She has served as the Spanish ministries pastor, teacher and altar minister. 

Pastor Gloria; often referred to as Pastora, has her pastoral license from the Assemblies of God.  She resides in California, is happily married to her husband Charles, talented daughter and caring son-in-law, and entrepreneurial son and beautiful daughter-in-law.

Kira Sayovitz
Print and Media Coordinator

Kira has been working for CSI the last 5 years and holds a degree in graphic design and photography. Kira is excited to assist the ministry with its media and content needs.

Chris Hayward
Pastor Emeritus

Pastor Chris Hayward was the president of Cleansing Stream International (CSI) for 25 years, having served in pastoral ministry for 17 years prior to that.

He has written three books, “God’s Cleansing Stream”, “The End Of Rejection”, and, “Wounded In The Church”. During his tenure as president, the CSI workbook had gone through 5 editions and been translated into 12 languages.

In 2021, he and his wife of 49 years moved to Fort Worth, Texas to be closer to their three children and six grandchildren. He remains a good friend to the ministry and you may just see him at an upcoming retreat.
