Dr. Jack Hayford

Dr. Jack Hayford was the Founding Pastor of the 10,000 member The Church On The Way in Van Nuys, Califomia. His Spirit filled, practical approach to the Bible made him a sought after speaker at conferences around the world. He was the President of the King’s Seminary, which offers graduate level ministry training. He conducted the Jack W. Hayford School of Pastoral Nurture, which offered week-long mentoring/interactive sessions in a small group setting. Pastor Hayford, an acclaimed songwriter and author, served as the General Editor of the Spirit-Filled Life series published by Thomas Nelson. Jack and his wife Anna were parents of four married children and the grandparents of eleven. Dr Jack passed away in 2023.

This Handbook takes the foundational principles of the Cleansing Stream Seminar and creatively puts them in words and activities that children can understand. Even parents who have not completed the Cleansing Stream Seminar will be able to teach these valuable lessons. Plus “Truth Cards” are included for each lesson’s key points in language kids understand. These cards can be used to reinforce the truths taught during the weeks between lessons.

Pastor Terry Long

Terry Long and her husband were introduced to Cleansing Stream Ministries in the early 1990’s, and they fully believe and teach the principles to those they minister. As the Children’s Ministry Coordinator for 20 years at a local church, Terry saw the need to teach these same truths to the next generation, and that’s when Cleansing Our Kids was birthed.

Terry currently serves in Administration at The River Community Church in Ventura in addition to serving on the Board of Directors for Tender Life Maternity Home, that houses homeless, pregnant women and their babies.

Terry married her high school sweetheart, Doug, and they minister together at The River overseeing Cleansing Stream. They have two adult children who grew up on Cleansing Stream principles and now have families of their own, which include five grandchildren.

Selwyn Stevens Ph.D is the President of Jubilee Resources International Inc. a New Zealand- based educational and religious organization involved in informing and equipping Christians of all denominations how to reach the lost and deceived in cults, the occult and secret societies such as Freemasonry.

Author of over 35 books (and co-author of two), including twelve Best Sellers, an International Speaker (on five continents) and ordained minister. Dr. Stevens is a third-generation preacher, and has been involved in various Christian groups, and also maintains an active interest in national and world affairs and politics.
