University
Training and equipping those God is calling to serve on Cleansing Stream ministry teams.
helps others find freedom.
The need has never been greater. Churches are looking for trained, Spirit-led people who can walk alongside others as God brings healing and freedom. Cleansing Stream University exists to raise them up.
CSU is a four-module training path for those God is calling to serve on Cleansing Stream ministry teams. The goal is to train and equip people to minister at retreats nationally and internationally. What they gain through that training naturally flows back into their local church as well.
This is not passive learning. You are not watching videos alone or working through a workbook in isolation. CSU combines video teaching, personal workbook study, group discussion, and hands-on experience at retreats. Modules meet in-person or via Zoom depending on location. That combination is what makes it stick and what makes it last.
For most who walk this path, something shifts along the way. What began as obedience becomes a deep calling. They find they were not just being trained to minister to others. They were being shaped to live differently themselves.

Demonstrate humility, faithfulness, integrity, and increasing faith and passion for Him.
with God.
Out of the deep, I have called to You.
to go deeper.
God is calling every person who finishes the seminar and retreat into something more. For some, that means stepping into ministry team training. For most, it means going deeper with Him right where you are. Both paths are real. Both are His. Both lead somewhere only He can take you.
Cleansing Stream University is the training path for those God is raising up to serve at retreats. The Deep is the path for everyone else who finished the retreat and felt the pull of more. Deeper prayer. Deeper hearing. Deeper intimacy with the God who set you free.
Five video sessions for those who want to keep going after the retreat and let what God started become a way of life.
Ready to go further.
When God puts a calling on someone's life to serve in retreat ministry, He prepares them long before they ever sign up. CSU is where that calling gets formed into something usable, equipping you to walk alongside others as God brings healing and freedom. Entry comes by invitation, because the people God is raising up to do this work are already known by their pastors, their CSUD coordinators, and the ones who have been praying for them.
Your church leadership sees God's hand on you and affirms your readiness. This path is meant to be walked with the blessing and covering of your local church.
You do not need to have it all figured out. You are willing to engage, serve, and let God do His work in you alongside the work He wants to do through you.
Something in you wants more than head knowledge. You want to grow in your gifts and become someone who walks with others into healing and freedom.
If you sense this is your next step, start the conversation with your pastor, your CSUD coordinator, or our team.

Module 1 is the first step of CSU and the beginning of ministry team training. It is for those who have completed the Cleansing Stream Seminar and One Day Retreat twice and have received approval from their pastor, their CSUD coordinator, or HQ directly.
This module meets in a CSU group, either in-person or via Zoom, depending on your location. You will work through the video teaching together, discuss the material, and complete the workbook in community. Growth happens in relationship, and that is by design.
The purpose of this training is not only to prepare you to minister to others, but to teach you how to position your own heart before the Lord and allow Him to do a refining work in you.
The issue is not that God does not speak, but that we have been trained to listen for the wrong thing. He speaks through dreams, pain, and many other ways.
Prophetic Intercession is speaking what God sees, what God knows, and what God wants for another person so they can then begin to speak it for themselves.
Strategic Intercession is a level of prayer that is often an untapped weapon of warfare. When tapped into, it has remarkable results in the Spirit realm.
Walking in freedom.
Module 2 builds on the foundation of Module 1, moving into the core disciplines of ministry character. You will walk through forgiveness, servanthood, identity in Christ, and the power of the blood, equipping you to serve from a place of wholeness rather than wounds.
Like every module, this one meets in a CSU group either in-person or via Zoom, and continues to prepare you for active ministry team service.
Gain a greater understanding of the power forgiveness has on us and on those we choose to forgive. Release them, and you will be set free.
Pastor Raymond Pettitt
To have the heart of a servant as Scripture commands, it takes leaning on the Holy Spirit in every area of ministry.
Pastor Chris Hayward
The word Christian means Christ-one. As a Christian, you are identified with God. His nature and character are becoming part of who you are.
Pastor Sharon DeBoer
Understanding the blood of Jesus helps us understand the depth of God's love and the covenant we enter into with Christ, a covenant that is not to be broken.
Pastor Ray BeesonGrowing in authority.
Module 3 moves into deeper territory, addressing the spiritual blockages that keep people from experiencing lasting freedom. You will learn to recognize entry points for spiritual oppression, understand the power of inner vows and judgments, and grow in the kind of team prayer that sees real breakthrough happen.
This module sharpens your ability to walk with others through the harder places, equipping you with both understanding and practical tools for front-line ministry.
A believer can open doors and give demonic access through entry points in their life. This session covers the 7 most common entry points and how to recognize and close them.
Pastor Randy Garvey
The enemy uses painful experiences to lead us into inner vows that imprison us. This session helps us recognize those patterns and break free from the agreements that hold us back.
Pastor Sharon DeBoer
God has called us to be burden-bearers and to come alongside others in prayer. This session teaches how to pray with a team in a way that sees broken hearts healed and strongholds broken.
Pastor Chris Hayward
Blessing in Scripture is much more than favor and material things. From a biblical position, blessing is seeing, speaking, and living from the perspective of God.
Pastor Kerry KirkwoodSustaining breakthrough.
Module 4 is the final step in the CSU journey and the most advanced. It prepares you to recognize and confront the religious spirit, break down strongholds, and understand the distinctions between sin, transgression, and iniquity. The module concludes with one of the most important and often overlooked questions in ministry: how do you sustain breakthrough after it happens?
By this point in the journey, you are not just learning. You are being shaped into someone ready to stand on the front lines and help others walk into lasting freedom.
One of the most formidable attacks on the believer is the religious spirit. It is pervasive throughout the church and sits at the heart of division and strife. This session teaches how to recognize it and stop its advance.
Pastor Chris Hayward
What is a stronghold and how does it get established? This session shows how to uncover and break down strongholds using God's weapons, and reveals the unique role worship plays in both building and tearing them down.
Pastor Chris Hayward
Many Christians are confused about the difference between these three words. Understanding their unique qualities will strengthen your walk with the Lord. There is no sin, transgression, or iniquity that Christ cannot forgive and transform.
Pastor Michelle Holverson
God warned the ancient prophets about incomplete healing. This session addresses how to sustain the breakthrough you have received so that freedom becomes a lasting reality, not a temporary experience.
Pastor Terry Inmanare being trained for.
Every person on a Cleansing Stream ministry team was once where you are now. They took the first step, something shifted, and they kept going. Now they stand in the gap for others.
never stops flowing.
People who serve for a long time without ever being served begin to change in ways they do not always notice. It is subtle at first. The passion is still there, the faithfulness is still there, but something underneath begins to thin. The well that once felt deep starts to show the bottom. Ministry was never meant to flow in only one direction.
This is why we invite those who serve on our ministry teams to periodically come back as participants. To sit in the retreat not as someone who has arrived, but as someone who still needs what God has waiting for them there. And He always does. Every single time. There is always more.
The most grounded people on our teams are the ones who have learned to receive as freely as they give. That posture of openness is not a sign of weakness. It is the very thing that keeps their ministry alive and genuine.
Everyone needs ministry. The longer you serve, the more true this becomes. Depth in ministry flows from depth in your own walk with God.
Returning sharpens you. When you go back as a participant, something in your heart softens and remembers. That remembering makes you better at everything you do on the team.
The cycle is the point. Participant to Intercessor to Anointer and back again. This is not a step backward. It is the shape of a life that stays yielded.
Whether you are just beginning to sense a calling or you have been serving for years, there is a place for you in this. The stream is moving. You are welcome to step in wherever you are.
The journey does not end when you begin to serve. It simply takes on a new and fuller shape.
