Advanced Ministry Training
Cleansing Stream
University

Equipping believers to go deeper, serve faithfully, and step into lasting ministry.

What is CSU?
Become someone who
helps others find freedom.

The need has never been greater. Churches are looking for trained, Spirit-led people who can walk alongside others as God brings healing and freedom. Cleansing Stream University exists to raise them up.

CSU is a four-module advanced ministry training program for those who have completed the Cleansing Stream Seminar and One Day Retreat. The goal is to train and equip people to serve on Cleansing Stream ministry teams at retreats nationally and internationally. What they gain through that training naturally flows back into their local church as well.

What makes this different

This is not passive learning. You are not just watching videos or reading a workbook in isolation. CSU combines video teaching, personal workbook study, and real hands-on experience at retreats and in your CS group. That combination is what makes it stick and what makes it last.

Most who begin with Module 1 don't stop there. Something shifts, and what started as curiosity becomes a calling. They find they want to go further, not just for themselves, but to bring others into the same freedom.

Module 1
Start Here

Open to those who have completed the seminar and the retreat twice. A group experience where the workbook is purchased individually but the journey happens in community. You may also try our online course on your own as a starting point to see if you want to go deeper.

Modules 2–4

For those approved to serve. Requires pastoral recommendation and a genuine call to serve alongside Cleansing Stream.

Module 01 · Intercession
Something is
stirring in you.

Module 1 is for those who have completed the Cleansing Stream Seminar and One Day Retreat twice and sense there may be more for them. You don't need to know exactly where it leads. But you should come with a genuine desire to grow and a willingness to consider how God might want to use you to serve others.

This is a group experience by design. The teaching is shared in community, the workbook is completed together, and growth happens in relationship. Most people who work through Module 1 with others find that something stirs in them. A calling begins to take shape. That is exactly the point.

If no group is available in your area yet, the digital course gives you access to the full video teachings so you can begin while you look for a community to connect with.

Sessions
Preparing to Minister
Session 01
Preparing to Minister

The purpose of this training is not only to prepare you to minister to others, but to teach us how to position our own hearts before the Lord to allow Him to do a refining work in us.

How to Hear the Voice of God
Session 02
How to Hear the Voice of God

The issue is not that God doesn't speak, but that God does speak and people don't notice. He speaks through dreams, pain, and a variety of other ways.

Prophetic Intercession
Session 03
Prophetic Intercession

Prophetic Intercession is speaking what God sees, what God knows, and what God wants and desires for another person so that they can then speak for themselves.

Strategic Intercession
Session 04
Strategic Intercession

Strategic Intercession is a level of prayer and intercession which is often an untapped weapon of warfare that when tapped into has amazing results in the Spirit realm.

Modules 2 – 4
Called to serve.
Ready to go further.

If something shifted in you during Module 1, this is what that feeling is pointing toward. Modules 2 through 4 are not just continued education. They are preparation for active ministry, serving at retreats, equipping your church, and becoming someone who walks alongside others as God brings healing and freedom. This path is selective, not because we want to limit who can serve, but because we take the privilege of ministry seriously. We are looking for people of character, humility, and genuine hunger to see others walk in freedom.

You have a pastor who believes in you

Your church leadership affirms your character and readiness. This path is meant to be walked with the blessing and covering of your local church.

You are willing to show up

You don't need to have it all figured out, but you are ready to engage, serve, and grow. Faithful presence matters more than perfect preparation.

You feel called to grow and serve

There is something in you that wants more than head knowledge. You want to grow in your gifts, deepen your faith, and become someone who walks with others into healing and freedom.

If you sense this is your next step, the best starting point is a conversation with your pastor, your seminar coordinator, or our team.

Formation.
Walking in freedom.

Module 2 builds on the foundation of Module 1, moving into the core disciplines of ministry character. You will walk through forgiveness, servanthood, identity in Christ, and the power of the blood, equipping you to serve from a place of wholeness rather than wounds.

This module is part of the committed path and is designed for those actively serving or preparing to serve with Cleansing Stream.

Module 03 · Intermediate Training
Equipping.
Growing in authority.

Module 3 moves into deeper territory, addressing the spiritual blockages that keep people from experiencing lasting freedom. You will learn to recognize entry points for spiritual oppression, understand the power of inner vows and judgments, and grow in the kind of team prayer that sees real breakthrough happen.

This module sharpens your ability to walk with others through the harder places, equipping you with both understanding and practical tools for front-line ministry.

Module 04 · Advanced Training
Activation.
Sustaining breakthrough.

Module 4 is the final step in the CSU journey and the most advanced. It prepares you to recognize and confront the religious spirit, break down strongholds, and understand the distinctions between sin, transgression, and iniquity. The module concludes with one of the most important and often overlooked questions in ministry: how do you sustain breakthrough after it happens?

By this point in the journey, you are not just learning. You are being shaped into someone ready to stand on the front lines and help others walk into lasting freedom alongside God.

One of the most formidable attacks on the believer is the religious spirit. It is pervasive throughout the church and sits at the heart of division and strife. This session teaches how to recognize it and stop its advance.

Feeding Your Freedom

God warned the ancient prophets about incomplete healing. This session addresses how to sustain the breakthrough you have received so that freedom becomes a lasting reality, not a temporary experience.

The Ministry Team
This is what you
are being trained for.

Every person on a Cleansing Stream ministry team was once where you are now. They took the first step, something shifted, and they kept going. Now they stand in the gap for others.

The Ongoing Journey
The stream
never stops flowing.

People who serve for a long time without ever being served begin to change in ways they do not always notice. It is subtle at first. The passion is still there, the faithfulness is still there, but something underneath begins to thin. The well that once felt deep starts to show the bottom. Ministry was never meant to flow in only one direction.

This is why we invite those who serve on our ministry teams to periodically come back as participants — to sit in the retreat not as someone who has arrived, but as someone who still needs what God has waiting for them there. And He always does. Every single time. There is always more.

The most grounded people on our teams are the ones who have learned to receive as freely as they give. That posture of openness is not a sign of weakness — it is the very thing that keeps their ministry alive and genuine.

01

Everyone needs ministry. The longer you serve, the more true this becomes. Depth in ministry flows from depth in your own walk with God.

02

Returning sharpens you. When you go back as a participant, something in your heart softens and remembers. That remembering makes you better at everything you do on the team.

03

The cycle is the point. Participant to Intercessor to Anointer and back again — this is not a step backward. It is the shape of a life that stays yielded.

Whether you are just beginning to sense a calling or you have been serving for years, there is a place for you in this. The stream is moving. You are welcome to step in wherever you are.

The Cycle
CSU Ministry Progression Cycle: Participant, Intercessor, Anointer and back again

The journey does not end when you begin to serve. It simply takes on a new and fuller shape.

Questions
Frequently asked
questions.
  • CSU is for anyone who has completed the Cleansing Stream Seminar and One Day Retreat and senses God calling them to go deeper. Module 1 is open to anyone at that stage. Modules 2 through 4 are for those who feel called to actively serve on Cleansing Stream ministry teams and have the backing of their pastor.

  • No. Module 1 is open to anyone who has completed the seminar and retreat. You do not need a pastoral recommendation to begin. However, since Module 1 is designed as a group experience, we encourage you to take it through your local church if a group is available.

Pastoral recommendation is required for Modules 2 through 4, as those modules are part of the committed path toward active ministry.

  • Module 1 is designed as a group experience and we strongly encourage that approach. The teaching is meant to be shared, discussed, and lived out in community.

That said, if no group is available in your area, the digital course gives you full access to the video teachings so you can begin while you look for a community to connect with.

  • The best starting point is a conversation. Talk to your pastor or seminar coordinator about your interest in serving. If you do not have a direct contact, you can reach out to our team and we will help you find the right next step.

Modules 2 through 4 require pastoral recommendation and a commitment to active ministry involvement with Cleansing Stream. Once accepted, workbooks for each module can be purchased directly on this page.

  • Each workbook contains the full written content for that module's sessions, including teaching outlines, study questions, and personal reflection exercises. The video teachings are designed to be watched in a group setting or accessed online through the digital course.

  • Ministry team members serve at Cleansing Stream One Day Retreats, walking alongside participants through prayer, worship, and hands-on ministry. Roles range from intercession to anointing prayer, depending on where you are in the CSU progression.

Serving on the team is both a responsibility and a privilege. What you learn through that service will naturally flow back into your local church and your everyday life.

  • Each workbook is $29.99. The Module 1 digital course, which includes the full video teachings, is available separately. For pricing on the digital course please visit the course page.

    • Served as an Intercessor at a minimum of two retreats
    • Completed all four CSU Modules
    • Served at two retreats in the Anointer capacity
    • Fulfilled any Administrative or Operations requirements if applicable
