More than 14 weeks prior...
• Order Cleansing Stream Seminar Materials
10 weeks prior...
• Distribute CSS Retreat Registration Forms (we recommend you use this form
to register your particpants for your Seminar)
• Begin the Seminar
• Have your participants prepare for the Retreat (Hotel reservations, childcare
arrangements)
4 weeks prior...
• Complete Participants Retreat Registrations and prepare to register
More than 2 weeks prior...(to qualify for CSS Early Retreat Registration Rate)
• Register Online
• OR if you choose, fax/mail your registration to have Cleansing Stream
enter your registration a processing of $5 per registration will be added
At the Retreat...(Saturday lunch provided)
• Friday, Retreat check-in begins at 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday, Retreat ends at 6:00 p.m.
Participant Policies
No Substitution Policy
Substitutions are NOT permitted for paid registrations.
CSS Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration and obtain a refund of the fee you have paid, notify Customer Service by Monday no later than 4:00 p.m. (PST), the week of the Retreat. Please follow up with a letter from the church.
A $25 administrative fee will apply for each cancellation.
Any cancellation received Monday after 4:00 pm (PST), the week of the Retreat, is not eligible for a refund.
Children/Teenager Policy
Only registered participants are allowed in the Retreat.
Infants and children (including nursing ones) WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE RETREAT SESSIONS out of courtesy for others. Cleansing Stream Ministries does NOT provide childcare at the Retreat locations.
Should you desire to have your teen (under 16) participate in The Cleansing Stream Seminar and Retreat consider these steps to determine the appropriateness for your teen. Due to the nature of the topics addressed at Regional Retreats, it is recommended you and your teen have done or will do the following:
...You, the teen's parent/Guardian or youth worker need to:
• Previously participated in a Cleansing Stream Seminar and Retreat.
• Speak with the pastor to determine if your teen is mature enough for
the Retreat content and to receive ministry with understanding.
• Obtain pastoral release.
• Obtain release from Ministry Department.
• Register yourself and your teen and accompany them to the Retreat.
...You, the teen need to:
• Complete the first four Cleansing Stream Seminar Sessions and the Teen
Homework Package assigned prior to the Retreat.
