Registration Instructions

Thank you for your interest in attending a Cleansing Stream Ministries retreat.  We are in the process of refining our new registration tool, please contact us or call toll free at (800) 580-8190 for more information or help.

CSM Regional Retreat Registration

 Registration through this site is designed to be simple and quick.  The first step is to find the retreat that you are intersted in registering for in our Registration page and click the "Register" button. If you are unable to locate your retreat, click on the calendar and find the retreat date you are looking for. Cick on the date and the information regarding that retrea will be shown. Once you are on the registration page, please fill out all parts of the form and choose your registration type at the bottom of the page.

After you have filled out the form your registration will be added to the shopping cart.  Once your initial registration is complete, you can register others for your event (or multiple events) by returning to the event page and repeating the process. 

NOTE: please enter a coupon code after every individual registration to ensure the proper price.

CSM Regional Retreat Registration Types

CSS Participant

Use this registration type if you are a regular retreat attendee or a parent coming with your children.  Registration price is $84 per individual ($99 if registration is made less than 14 days prior to the event).

Register online today.  You may also choose to have CSM register you by faxing or mailing in a registration form with payment. Please note that there will be a $5 processing fee for each registration.  See below for more information and downloadable registration forms.

If one of the following registration types describes you please download the appropriate form and fax to our office at (888) 580-8199 or (818) 678-6885. For the Spring 2009 Season we will waive the $5 processing fee.

CSY Participant

Use this registration type if you are a Youth Leader bringing your Youth Group to the retreat. Registration price is $60 for each Youth in attendance. Parents, this registration type also applies to your child if you are bringing them to the retreat with you.

CSY Leader

Use this registration type if you are a Youth Leader bringing your Youth Group to the retreat. Registration price is $30 for each Youth Leader in attendance.

When registering your group please download the Registration Group Cover Sheet and fax with your participant and leader forms.

Senior Pastor Guests

If you are a Senior Pastor and would like to attend a retreat for free please contact the Ministry Department at (800) 580-8190 ext. 109 for more information.
