Dept: Communications and Operations

Communications and Operations are vital departments in any organization. At CSM, these two areas work cooperatively to provide the most effective and memorable seminar and retreat experiences.

Lucinda Guarino

Director, Communications and Operations Department

Job Description: 

Lucinda is responsible for effectively communicating the vision, events, and resources for all CSM related materials and promotion. In addition, she is in charge of coordinating retreat operations and details for CSM events. She is also the Office Manager where she oversees the day-to-day function and workflow for each department at Headquarters.

Life Verse: 

Isaiah 43: 18-19 "Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert."

Something you should know about me: 

I like learning about people and gaining understanding about the way our minds work. As we go deeper, I see how God works to adjust our thinking and processing. I believe that the Lord is working in all our lives to heal and restore, and I especially enjoy seeing transformation that brings us closer to the purpose for which He has created us.

 

Adam Sayovitz

Multimedia Producer

Job Description:

Adam is responsible for  multimedia at Cleansing Stream Ministries including our Web Site, Promotional Materials, Training Videos, Web Correspondence., and any other applications.  He also attends many of our Regional Retreats and serves in the role of Operations Lead making sure everything runs smoothly. 

Life Verse:

Luke 10:19 "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you."

Something you should know about me:

Some of my favorite hobbies include photography, videography, volleyball, acting, racquetball, snowboarding, backpacking, and movies.

 

Antoinette Lobo

Communications and Operations Administrator


Job Description:

Toni is the Assistant to the Director of Communcications and Operations. Her knowledge in systems and organiztion make her an integral part of accomplishing all tasks and duties required to run the Communications and Operations department.

Life Verse:

Philippians 1:21 "For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain."

Something you should know about me:

I love teaching Sunday School, coordinate events, playing with my 4 year old daughter and truly enjoy taking naps whenever possible. My hobbies include watching movies on DVD, hanging out with family & friends, traveling, sports, and photographing nature and family.

 

Alan Edwards

Warehouse Manager

Job Description:

Alan oversees the preparation of Retreat Resources and Materials, that are sent throughout the year, to our customers and various event locations.

Life Verse:

Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Something you should know about me:

I am very blessed for the parents that I've had and thankful for my wife and both of my daughters.



Dwight Brown

Warehouse Associate


Job Description:

Dwight is responisble for incoming and outgoing shipping, and  for receiving Ministry related materials.

Life Verse:

Jeremiah 29:11 "'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'"

Something you should know about me:

I love to spend time with my children whether it be playing sports, camping, or traveling!  My favorite camping destination is Yosemite.

 

Barry Nielan

Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

Barry prepares materials for shipping and receiving for Cleansing Stream and assists Alan and Dwight in other related warehouse activities.

Life Verse:

Jeremiah 29:11 "'For I know what I have planned for you,' says the Lord.  'I have plans to prosper you, not to harm you. I have plans to give you a future filled with hope.'"

Something you should know about me:

I'm an avid outdoorsman and regularly go rock climbing, camping (including snow camping), and canoeing.

 

Erin Garrovillas

Warehouse Associate


Job Description:

Erin fulfills orders for Ministry related materials being shipped out to Retreat locations and participants.

Life Verse:

Jeremiah 1:5 "Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you, before you were born, I set you apart."

Something you should know about me:

I like to ride bikes and go rock climbing as often as I can.

 

 

Carol Conturo

Customer Service Representative

Job Description: 

Carol helps churches and individuals gain an understanding of the purpose and vision of Cleansing Stream Ministries, as well as ordering materials and registering for retreats. She also assists with directing people to local churches who host our Cleansing Stream Seminar. 

Life Verse: 

Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Joshua 1:9 "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."

Something you should know about me: 

My personality is a combination of both analytical and artistic. I worked in accounting for 10 years prior to working at CSM and was originally hired into the Accounting department. Later, I was reassigned to my current position in Customer Service. Earlier in life, I sang in choirs at school or church.  I was even blessed to our in Europe with one of the groups! It was a whirl-wind tour, but a most memorable experience.

 

Karen Hayward

Customer Service Representative

Job Description: 

In addition to functioning as a customer service representative, Karen travels with her husband, Pastor Chris Hayward. Together they travel both nationally and internationally to minister and represent Cleansing Stream Ministries.

Life Verse: 

Philippians 3: 12-14 "Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus."

Something you should know about me: 

I'm married to Pastor Chris Hayward, a mother of four, grandmother of three, and loving it all!

 

Marissa Kiser

Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Marissa works in customer service processing orders, answering phones, assisting people with retreat registration, and other miscellaneous duties.

Life Verse:

Psalms 5:12 "For it is You who blesses the righteous man, O Lord, You surround him with favor as with a shield."

Something you should know about me:

 I'm a great Dancer. This talent was given to me by God and is my calling.

 

 

Elena Thomas

Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Elena takes and process orders, answers phones, and assists customers with retreat registrations and questions on past orders.  She also works on special projects, such as translation of text on materials from English to Spanish and visa versa.

Life Verse:

Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight."

Matthew 6:33 "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you."

Something you should know about me:

I love my three children and enjoy reading, gardening, and cats.
